Dear lord. We humans really do suck sometimes. Yes, its very sad that there seems to be a coyote problem in Brampton (caused by the fact that we humans have encroached so much into their territory and depleted their NATURAL supplies of food that they are now searching for food sources we humans leave behind). But now the proposed human solution by Brampton city council is to impose a bylaw banning the feeding of any wildlife INCLUDING feral cats and imposing a fine of $5ooo. So not only are they not addressing the root of the problem surrounding coyotes, that WE HUMANS have created but their solution targets completely helpless feral cats WHICH WE HUMANS CREATED thru neglect and no spay/neuter policies/assistance. The absolute sheer stupidity of this floors me. FEEL LIKE HAVING YOUR VOICE HEARD: speak for the cats of Brampton and contact their city clerk who receives all petitions and reports them to city council.
