Dear managers and crew going to oneida to learn these next 2 days- They do things differently then we do, we are not there to pick them apart. They are helping show us thr new double dt and the new window runner(which was what I struggled with the most because its the most different)make sure you absorb as much as you can because only a few of you are going then when we open you are going to be the people that help train others. .... and BEHAVE!!!!!!! Lee will fill me in on your behavior and performance, please dont be the person I have to deal with *shakes fists* also ask lots of questions-thats how we learn. :)
