Jorge, Secretary - In the board you able to develop your ideas and projects with motivated people. Elise,HR- You learn how to organise and animate a stand at the agora fair, how to work (try to work) with other people by distance (only by facebook, emails and skype to communicate), and how to chair a skype discussion (SSM). Moreover, you have more information about what is happening at the European level, with the other European bodies and have information about some events (such as Green SUs), and (but it is quite obvious, informal) you are more recognized by the network/AEGEE as a board member of a WG rather just a member without any position. Dasha,PR- You have chance improve your skills,find new friends and use this experience in your CV(like attracted 50-200 people to organization by PR).
