Dear parents and guardians, Our journey with HIV has many UPS and DOWNS but right now life is much better than ever seemed possible at the time we were diagnosed. Thank you for supporting us to grow! HIV has opened doors that we never thought possible. We have represented Uganda on a number of national and international conferences and faced with fears that we thought would overwhelm us. But HIV has challenged us to realize we are stronger than we ever imagined! Please join PINA Uganda on 28th November 2014 for the official launch of our campaign coded: HIV is going to lose campaign at Zana Grounds, Entebbe road, starting at 9:00am. We are going to share our stories “What it feels to be an orphan born with HIV”. By sharing our stories with both HIV negative and HIV positive individuals, we will help HIV positive individuals to adhere to their HIV medication and support HIV negative individuals to find courage to take an HIV test and to protect their goal “Getting to zero, my responsibility”.. Parents remember to come with your children. Uganda cares is providing free HIV Counseling and testing while Mild May Uganda will offer cancer screening among others. Come one come all.
