Dear past and present CVHS students and staff, as of today, I have resigned from my 13-year adventure in teaching and coaching at CVHS. I want to thank all past and present students, athletes, leaders, staff, and admin. for making my dreams come true. From a North Pines kid to one time Teacher of the Year, I have witnessed Gods grace. Over the last 13 years, I have been blessed in more ways than I can repay. From Link Crew, leadership camps (the window), class advisor, Mr. CVHS, DECA (Nashville), Proms, teaching history and English (Humanities), coaching wrestling and softball, to walking the halls talking with kids that I have never had the opportunity to teach, I will cherish every conversation, relationship, lecture, win (Battle of the Bone), and loss. The community of CVHS in many ways, for better or worse, made me a teacher. I will always be proud to say that. For my Ferris students, athletes, staff, and admin. (both past and present), I am excited beyond belief to be coming back to where I started my career, made life-long friends, and helped coach 3 State Champions. I will see you this Fall!
