Dear probation and parole, Please understand that although the majority of your clients are unemployed and are able to be available all hours of the day, some like myself do work, and are unable to come during work hours. So please note if Im 20 minutes late be thankful I came at all especially when your appointment is at 4.30 not to long after I finish. Just maybe be considerate that we have lives to get on with and are struggling enough as it is to keep out of gaol without you breathing down our necks to show up to unreasonably timed appointments. So keeping that in mind maybe you should thinking about assigning an employee to different hours of the day that extend past standard work hours to avoid the clash than everybody is happy and were both not wasting our time by megoing there just to get re scheduled and you guys waiting around for me to show up. Regards luke.
