Dear student, if you are posted to a Higher Nitec course at ITE Collge East and have accepted the offer, please report at the Custoemr & Visitor Centre for Campus Matriculation on Tuesday 18 March between 9.00am - 5.00pm. Please bring along your NRIC together with the following documents: - Your existing MOE or ITE Ez-link card; - Completed MOE PSEA Standing Order (SO) form for payment of term fees and Application Form for InterBank GIRO for payment of second term fees onwards (if you do not have PSEA or your PSEA balance is insufficient for all terms in the course of study). Submission of PSEA SO form is compulsory for all Singaporeans and the form must be signed by parent / guardian. The forms are included in the Jan 14 Admission Booklet or downloadable at ite.edu.sg/admission/ft/forms.html; - NETS Card / Credit Card for payment of first term fees for Singaporeans without PSEA or insufficient amount in PSEA for first term fees and Permanent Residents. If you have already paid your fees via SAM/Singapore Post Office, please bring along the payment receipts for verification; and - Photocopies of NRIC/Birth certificates of all other household members, divorce/death certificate of parents (if any) and supporting income documents e.g. payslip, CPF contribution statement, letter of employment etc, for students who wish to apply for bursary and financial assistance (Only applicable for those with Gross Monthly Household Per Capita Income (PCI) of $850 and below. The PCI refers to ‘Gross Monthly Family Income divided by Number of Members in the same Household’). National Service (NS) liable males who wish to pursue full-time ITE courses in 2014 and were born in the year 1994 or earlier (for Secondary 4 Express and Sec 4 Normal Stream students) or born in the year 1993 or earlier (for Secondary 5 Normal Stream students) will have to check their eligibility for NS Deferment at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB). Only those who are eligible for NS deferment will be allowed to enroll in the course. Those who have completed their NS have to bring along the documentary proof (e.g. 11B Military Identification Card and/or Letter of Completion of National Services by MINDEF).
