Dear students of Invivo, It is with bittersweet emotion and also impending excitement that I tell you that it is time for me to leave MKE for a bit and embark on a new journey to San Francisco! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be your teacher, no matter if it were for one class or one thousand classes. Your willingness to show up, your commitment, and your trust in me has been an amazing inspiration. Through the years there is so much I have learned from all of you. I want to express my love to everyone and say thank you for just showing up and being the amazing and powerful yoga community that you are. I promise to stay in touch and I will be back to visit you and teach classes & workshops!! Though I am very sad to leave you, yoga teaches us the only constant we have is change. And change is good.
