Dear stupid woman in navy blue car: While I understand its important to give your large huskey as much exercise as possible; and its very cold out requiring you to have your dog run along as you drive, but you seriously thought the best place to do this was along the perimeter?! I see you had your hazards on, I thought you were in distress and needed help not running your dog on a provincial HIGHWAY! If I ever see that again I will phone the police for dangerous driving as you could have caused a serious accident!
