Dear super nerds a.k.a. SCOMEdians, One week ago I travelled to Warsaw, Poland for the EuRegMe XI. I’m still speechless from what I witnessed there... The first thing I noticed was that warm feeling of coming home. All people that attended an IFMSA event must know this feeling. Everyone is so kind, helpful and optimistic! So I started the first SCOME session with that warm glow inside of me. During the three SCOME sessions we had, that feeling kept on growing very fast. These participants amazed me so much! From the first second they were dedicated and hard working, but we had so much fun too! I think we definitely proved again that SCOMEdians are not boring at all! I could see all of you growing during the sessions. We started with the basics of IFMSA and SCOME, but quickly got in to more difficult topics. Your input and concentration in each session were amazing. I am super proud I could see the new generation of SCOMEdians get to this level this fast. It was delightful to get to know each and every one of you a bit better during these three days. Since October I have been living towards this moment, my very own SCOME sessions. I can truly say that the sessions were beyond anything I have ever imagined, and that’s all because of you! There are three people I want to shine a huge light on, the three that helped me so much during and preparing these sessions: Eleonora, Stijntje and Agostinho. These three did an amazing job and I couldn’t have done the SCOME sessions without them! Thank you so much dears, it really means a lot to me!
