This is the CASEs summary:- A 25 year old male patient presented with a history of recurrent hemoptysis for 6 months, recurrent oral ulcers, arthralgia mainly in the knee joints and sudden loss of vision for 3 years. * Remarkable investigations:- 1- Leucocytosis with neutrophilia 2- Elevated ESR and CRP 3- Elevated GGT and ALP 4- CT- angiography of the chest revealed multiple pulmonary artery aneurysms in both lungs. * Pathergy test was done . * Ophthalmologic examination:- a) Visual acuity=== Hand motion b) Fundoscopy revealed the following abnormalities : - Narrowing of the retinal vessels - Subtotal bilateral optic nerve atrophy - Macular Degeneration
