Dear tenants that rented my townhouse for the last couple of years. I would like to say thank you... Thank you for leaving behind over 400 pounds of garbage throughout my place, removing the screens from all my windows on the second and third floor, for re painting my place in horrible colours and not removing any of the cover plates. Thank you for sneaking your dogs in when I said no pets and allowing them to dig up my backyard and chew on the baseboards, fence and doorways. Thank you for busting my garburator and scratching my hardwood floors. Thank you for spilling shit all over my walls and breaking my oven door while leaving it completely filthy. Thank you for ruining my carpets and for washing your dog in my jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and clogging up the drains. Thank you for not cleaning any of the four bathrooms and busting two toilet seats. Thank you for the large holes where your TV was and for putting up wallpaper in the kitchen. Thank you for denting up the doors and marking up my hallways. I appreciate you sending me a text message asking for your damage deposit back, that was a very thoughtful gesture. However I will be replying back very soon with this message.
