Dear #usairways. If elect to spend extra money to sit in the front, and that privilege costs in excess of $50, I expect certain things: 1) the seat pitch should be large enough to open a small laptop and see the screen . This is the point of paying the extra money. 2) I should get on early enough in the boarding sequence to put my one bag in the overhead C) the flight attendant should not tell me I cannot put my coat in the overhead when I am going to be unable to change position due to the aforementioned bag under the seat in front of me. I believe you now owe me my money back # badairline #soreknees
