Lacemarket does not reap any profit from the website or from the sales made by our members, and our moderation team has been and continue to be a team of unpaid volunteers dedicating countless hours. This service is provided to you at no cost. We are doing our best to make the buying and selling experience of quality for you. However, lately, we have been receiving harassing messages about our guidelines and/or our decisions to delete your items. These rules are put in place to ensure that there are no surprises during a sale, that items of acceptable quality are being sold on the website, and irrelevant items are limited from clogging up the feed. Please respect our moderators decision. If it is a clear mistake that your listing was deleted (ex. there are no waist ties for a dress, but your listing was removed for having no waist ties), you may contact us. Please read our guidelines before making an auction to prevent any warning or deletion of your listing.
