Dear volunteer, Welcome to Red Cross United States it is my pleasure to inform you about volunteers’ employment procedures, Red Cross membership registration is free for every volunteer. You will visit UK for two weeks training excises, a refundable fees of $80 for training exercise materials and feeding is expected from each volunteer before or during the workshop in UK; after the training exercise in UK, Mr. Stanley Moore shall endorse all participants files before forwarding the files to U.S. for American visa processing, all volunteers’ visa process will be done here in the United States. Note: You need to get 7 other people and add to yourself making 8 people to form a team of 8 people which is the maximum, and minimum 6 people, because that’s the standard manpower required from each country to assist in rebuilding a nation affected by natural disaster, your family members, relatives and friends are 100% accepted as part of the team members. Red Cross will cover your team flight tickets to the UK for the 2 weeks training exercise. Each volunteer is entitle to an incentive salary of $650 daily. You will be given a Red Cross T-shirt and ID card; these are the only requirements needed by American Embassy to approve your visa after your successful training exercise program in UK. UN/Red Cross Emergency Travelling Documents will be issued to any members of your team who does not have international passport.
