Dear world, last month I learned that I have thyroid cancer. Im having surgery this week to have it taken out. While Im thankful everyday for my family, I have nothing left to give right now. I am finally coming to terms with what I cannot avoid and between feeling scared by what Ill be going through and overwhelmed by everyone elses demands of me, I am just a shell of a person today. Sigh. Its just too much.
