Dearest Caleb Latham and Emma Latham, First allow me to apologise for not posting more photos but to be honest they never seem to quite portray the full flavour of what is happening. For example take the first picture of the menu which contains all of the dishes currently on offer. I had problems fitting all of it in and Im still not sure if its readable. However, the second picture is what I had for starters. There is no way that you would know the plate consisted of at least four different types of cheese that I had never heard of, orange and beet root salad, pineapple and cucumber salad, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, tomatoes and that sauce almost dripping off the plate is mango chutney! The third image is chicken or lamb Im not sure which to be honest but with a barbecue sauce and my favourite sweet chilli sauce which is both spicy and remarkably fruity. The image of my three deserts are all concoctions that have coconut in there somewhere. I would have had more but suddenly we were cheering Mauritius dancers and you will have to apply to mum for those pictures! We went sailing again in the catamaran and deciding to follow another boat out to the mouth of the cove I suddenly found out to my horror that we were stuck tacking back and forth on the mouth of the harbour but never quite being able to enter. Fortunately, the guy sailing the boat obviously realised I was a complete novice and gave me a pointer - which I should add that Mum had tried telling me several times - you will have to decide how true that was but had it not been for the smirking gentleman we would still be there now tacking back and forth. We also went snorkelling again as we are want to do in the afternoons but this time the sister site had a BCD, tank and weights ready for me so that I could use them rather than simply snorkelling which was excellent although very quickly over. The only bad news is that Mauritius again won at pool 2 - 1 so England isnt doing very well but I hope to put that to rights tomorrow. There was a fantastic rainbow on the way back to our room, really vibrant in its colours. The only other thing to add was that we joined the back massage lesson and I was the model again. I enjoyed the lesson...it was very relaxing. Trust that you are both well and working hard. Lots of love Mum and Dad
