Dearest Comcast, May I humbly suggest that when I call your tech support because my internet hasnt worked in days, and you are unable to troubleshoot your way out of a paper bag, that after you inform me that if I wont take off work to meet a technician (because hey, who needs a paycheck) so itll be three days before you can get another modem to me, this is not the most opportune time to suggest that maybe I should spend more money with you to upgrade my service to get faster internet...if I have to further explain why this tactic sucks, its not worth the effort. Theres some advice you dont have to pay for while Im paying for internet I dont have. Youre welcome, Me
