Dearest Perthlings, It is with equal parts excitement and sadness that we write to let you know that Saturday 31 May 2014 will be our last day. We will be closing up shop and flying away onto new projects and adventures! After nearly 6.5 years, it has been our pleasure to cook and serve you the best Mexican food we could muster and we are and will continue to be grateful for your support over the years. We are truly a lucky bunch of kitchen-folk to have known yall. We have laughed a lot, made some incredible friendships with our amazing customers and suppliers and always cranked kick ass tunes while cooking our hearts out. Thank you for letting us be a part of your worlds and the fantastic North Perth community. To say it has been an honour and an absolutely wild ride would be an understatement. We hope to see your lovely faces in the next couple weeks for an hasta la vista meal and/or chuckle. Weve made a batch of our Real Good hot sauce for yall to stock up on :) Thank you to everyone who has been a part of The Flying Taco story over the past years! You know who you are and we love you like family! Lets fiesta!
