Dearest Worthing, Its with much regret that Im going to have to give up my hope of living with you. I tried, I really tried! If only there were affordable 2 bedroom flats without extortionate service charges, conversions with gardens and no lease conditions so Archie the cat can come and join us too or freehold places with no lease at all so I can get a choice of mortgage deals. Wheres the decent affordable housing for people like me who have an ok salary, want to get on the property ladder and think its a great place to settle? Im going to have to take up with another and its not for want of trying Worthing - its been over 3 months now and nada. So Hastings bound it seems is the only affordable and liveable option. I bid you a fond farewell and would love to stay in touch perhaps we can meet up some time over summer. Ill miss you dx https://facebook/debsmbutler
