Dearest friends and sailors. Pics first. Photo of Dalliance at The Bite. This is where we spent Christmas. The second pic is roger and me at the Willie T. Quite the partyers on this boat/restaurant Christmas eve. then me on the dink sending love to all on Christmas eve. The next picture is of this mornings sunrise. Every sunset and every sunrise, grabs my attention and I have to sit with it. Today I worked with Chef Alvin at Emiles Bar and Grill at fat hogs bay. Super nice chef from St Lucia. We prepared macaroni pie, Caribbean style potato and coleslaw and I got a great recipe for Keylime Pie. The owners, Junie and Eddie have been warm and hospitable. Tonight we look forward to the pig roast at Emiles. We plan to take them out sailing with us overnight so we can cook on the boat together. More great news is that we now have additional charters scheduled for March and May. All is well. Today I made my roasted nut with coconut, hot spices and brown sugar. so nummy. Also I made some awesome crepes. Good night for now. time to eat pig. Tomorrow we sail to Jost Van Dyke to check it out. We wont stay because apparently they have one of the most popular new years eves parties on the planet and we are just not up to that kind of partying right now. We will end up back at St John tomorrow to check out art for the boat and prepare for St Thomas and the process of getting the boat ready for our first charter. I so hope all is well for all of you. I feel so immersed in getting this charter business going and just living moment to moment that I feel like I am losing track of my past life a bit. Well love to you all and lots of good energy. Hope to see you all soon down in the Virgin Islands. Love Linda
