Death and Life. Jn 12:24 says “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.” (NKJV) and 1 Cor 15:36 says “When you put a seed into the ground, it doesn’t grow into a plant unless it dies first.”(NLT) ... in other words we need to die in order to live. Jesus Christ is our prime example. He died so that we can live. To me Easter is the most important day in the Christian calendar. As one mighty man of God said ‘without Good Friday, there can be no resurrection on a Sunday’ and that is why it is so important for man to be born again Jn 3:3 and Jn 3:7. We need to make a new start. Our greatest enemy is not the devil, it is ourselves. The flesh has got to die so that the Spirit can live in us. God bless love Angus and Jill
