Death has robbed us of kuuko Ngeywo Lawendi also known Chemutus of Kaptama, Kaboywo and Kipsagam. Sabaot, Kapchaneek, Kaplawendi and indeed Kapngeywo family mourns a father, grandfather, and a grea grandfather. A renown leader- jaji mlango, councillor, a pioneer politician who among other greats were architects of the present day Mt. Elgon constituency. A champion of Sabaot rights and a dependable counsellor. A farmer who embraced modern farming methods that included grade cows. An investor and a hard working man. What a loss! He leaves us with an exemplary life. Full of foot marks and milestones. Fare thee well Kuuko.
