Debate time! When it comes to carb loading after and before workouts or even during regular meals, I am trying to find some facts based science to support how much and what kind of carbs to support protein metabolism. Theres a huge gap between the crossfit and bodybuilding communities on this subject. I would like to know know what you use for carbs and why and what benefits you have. My fear is, constantly infusing your diet with high glycemic carbs leads to metabolic disorder/insulin resistance. Vs whether low glycemic carbs are enough to promote healthy muscle growth. Facts only no trash talking
