December 10 --International human rights day. Whether its unarmed black bodies being left in the street for hours/native youth experiencing violence by educators within the educational systems and challenging offensive Native mascotry to be recognized as more than cartoonized caricatures, it all boils down to the dehumanization of us. To advocate for our rights is to assert our rights--our struggles are connected, we really are all related.
