December 15, 2013 Juba Nuer Genocide. In a Global prospective In many countries, if more than 50 people died in one incident, its a big deal. Flag are flown halfway down and the president resigned. Example of those countries are South Korea and Ukraine. And in some countries, Over 50,000 gets killed, 20,000+ in the nation capital and millions are displaced while president pretends nothing is happening. For example of those countries are Syria and South Sudan. When it comes to those countries with those senseless leaders, it falls on their fellow citizens to take care of each other and mourn for each other losses. Even though South Sudan Kirr government dont think today is a big deal, the citizens of South Sudan(all tribes) feel the needs to reserve the date as ~December 15 National Mourning Day~
