December 16, 2014: A LOW confidence forecast for the Wednesday night and Thursday event. Precipitation will likely move back into the region on Wednesday night and Thursday. Precipitation amounts will likely be around 0.10. That would be liquid precipitation. Perhaps a bit more than that over our southwest counties. The ground is not all that cold. We may see a rain and snow mix. The overall event should be light. There could be a dusting of snow and perhaps an inch of snow with this event. Again, I am not overly confident in the accumulation. I have added the probability graphics to the blog update. Spent some time over the last 30 minutes updating what I put together last night. Keep in mind that I put 1 as the forecast and the probabilities favor less than that occurring. I did not want to put 1/2 of snow or a dusting on the forecast as that seemed to be splitting hairs.
