December 25 2014 Gods Birth in the World Reflects humans descent into Nature: Thus I Pray to Protect Them One childs glee and one childs sorrowful exile in the sins of his guardians. A womans Love and another womans destiny visited upon the son. Eyes watch a society grovel in the slavery to materialism. Souls once troubled and tortured are loosed in a mindless sea of rage they have evolved to believe is mindful enlightenment. The Days of the Sabbath are no more. Business has placed its veil over our hearts claiming to build the common good. The Inquisitors speak of the highest freedom of the land in the relegation of the Divine into superstitious mythology. God is shunted into the same closest as yesterdays bell bottoms as children born of gluttons turn into obese murderers. And the mystic hides in the sweet recall of Eden. Once the creature turns to the Liars and the Bankers and the Crushers of Infants skulls we are left with despairing Truth that the Morlocks have won in a world of Vampires and Zombies. Left are we to pray. Why dost thou stand afar off, O Lord? Why dost thou hide thyself in times of trouble? In arrogance the wicked hotly pursue the poor; Let them be caught in the schemes Which they have deceived. For the wicked boasts of the desires of his heart, And the man greedy for gain curses and renounces the Lord. In the pride of his countenance the wicked does not seek him; All his thoughts are, There is no God. (Ps 10:1-4) Watch, then, as the believer and the skeptic: The Good and The Evil: The Innocent and the Sinner: join in a communion of Lifes tears. Eyes witness children murdering each other by way of excusing tyranny. The heart bleeds with the blood of Liars lapping at the entrails of the honest. We watch cold lifeless talking heads playing games of seducing wealth and power. The poor and the downtrodden are given eyes to see the Pharaohs Wealth and his countless minions convince the multitudes to murder and steal and eat their young so the courtiers of the Pharaoh may remain safely within the house of The Master. Gone are the Days of the Sabbath when family could rest within the memory or reality of Family. Few were the laborers working still. The Rhythms of Nature and of Heaven and of Earth married in the retreat from the wicked...Now with all of our wondrous discoveries we are told to forget the Ladder uniting heaven and earth and to suck upon the rotting teat of The Deceiver. And, hide within the Temple of the Lord does the Unforgiven. His flesh weakens and his Conscience will not cure itself. The Wicked and the innocent join with the Believer and the Doubter as they watch seekers of justice murder their children and mothers raping their own daughters... (Ps 10:1-4) Were it not for the Torah I would know no guilt. Were it not for the Living Body of Christ I would know not the Reality of the Incarnation of God in the Immaculate Conception of Each child. Were it not for love I would not weep with Lifes slide into the soils; nor know not would I the suffering heart of the Mother and Father hoping to lead their Child into Sweet harmony of the Garden. Hear again the Deceiver crying out that the child must be free of guidance and frustration and doubt. Hear again the sins of our fathers clutching at the heart within my breast when we see the child innocent lost forever in the mist. And the Birth of The Christ into the world is hidden truly from our souls...As we weep at our weaknesses. (Ps 10:1-4) Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be made manifest in him. We must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day; night comes, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.(Jn 9:2-6) For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.(Jn 3:17) Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.(Mt 10:34) All his thoughts are, There is no God. The sweet ascent into Being...The horrific despair of the Godless...The Eternal Hope that is the Mother...All of these are birthed upon the Living Body of Christ. A blanket of snow muffles natures silence that is early Christmas morning. I pray to thee of thanksgiving and of despairing hope that one child may be cured as another may find the Path of Righteousness. And that my days may be long enough to see hope for both.
