December 25 .2014 House of Representatives finish the first reading of the law of the federal budget for 2015 House of Representatives ended its session held by the extraordinary headed by Mr. Salim al-president of the House of Representatives and 229 in the presence of Vice-day Thursday, 25.12.2014 the first reading of the draft federal budget for the 2015 law. Mr. President of the Council initiated the meeting to provide congratulations in the name of the Presidency of the Council and the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives to Christians in Iraq and the world to mark the birthdays of Jesus Christ peace be upon him, also congratulated the sovereignty of the Iraqi people and the peoples of the world on the occasion of the New Year, calling on the Almighty to make it in the best security and peace in Iraq and throughout the globe. He called on the President of the Council peoples of the world as a whole to raise the banner of peace and unite the war on extremism and terrorism. He also offers thanks and appreciation for the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives who have answered the Councils invitation to attend a special meeting in the service of the Iraqi people and in response to the call of responsibility to discuss an important issue, namely the 2015 draft budget law. It denounced the media campaign, which affected the Council and its members without justification, stressing that the council will begin to take all legal action against Almtakrchin Almttaulin it without a guide, noting that these extra-legal and natural framework in building state institutions behaviors. Council ended the first reading of the draft federal budget law for 2015 estimated revenues (99.801875 billion) Alfdanar (ninety-nine thousand eight hundred and one billion, eight hundred and seventy-five thousand dinars) Fimabulgt expenses (125 203 110 783) thousand dinars (one hundred and twenty-five thousand two hundred and three billion, one hundred and ten million seven hundred and Eighty-three thousand dinars) to expenditures for the fiscal year 2015. Mr. President of the Council and referred the draft federal budget bill to the Finance Committee for the purpose of preparing a detailed report on second reading.
