December 28, 2014 Proverbs 10:8 (NIV) The wise in heart accept commands, but a chattering fool comes to ruin................................... .........................................Thoughts on This Verse... When you hear a command from Scripture, do you wince? How about rationalize? How about transferring the responsibility to someone else? Or, do you obey the command to honor the Father? A wise heart accepts the commands of God as a blessing and a safeguard. A fool finds a way around the personal application of the command. Lets ask ourselves honestly,Which of the two am I?............... .................in my drinkin & carousing days i had a motor-mouth.......i was the chief-critic of all things......and at times, i would utter perverse things (see Proverbs 23:29-35).......today, i look to obey my Father in Heaven thru the instructions His Son brought to us ~ the Word ~ the Truth ~ Jesus said, if you love me, you will obey my commands.......now, this is truly the crux in this life as a follower of Christ......because the flesh shouts loudly and beckons us back to the old ways........as of October 2007, my death clothes have been shed!.......praise God for giving me the way out from calamity, chaos & turmoil.....k-cup......church......good to go.......God strong people!
