December is the cloudiest month of the year in Upstate New York. Today marks day 7 of clouds, with more drizzle expected and highs in the mid to upper 30s. We may see a few breaks of sunshine later today and early tomorrow, but it is expected to remain unsettled this week. Light rain returns Tuesday, followed by light snow Wednesday and lake effect snow showers Thursday and Friday. -Bill Kardas
