Decided I need to eat more apples like a horse and cut out the smoking for a while at least, not doing me any good at all. Would be buying fresh fish too, but its soooooooo expensive. Ive given up b4, for over a year but the will power has to be fully pumped without getting blow out with shit people around me and shit health probs to take in my gnawing stride. Fate is a bastard, but Im the bigger bastard to beat it where I can. Do whatever you can to do right by yourself, dont let the bastards win, bunch of Bear Grylls grinners.
