Decided Im going to volunteer for the American 2nd World War Cemetery, Cambridge - purely devoting my weekends to making sure our fallen allied heroes are given the respect they truly deserve by keeping the graves clean, the gardens peaceful and by making sure their stories are re-lived and kept alive. They sacrificed their lives for OUR freedom. Almost 6,000 men and women are either buried or recognized in the Cemetery, 6,000 families which lost their loved ones. 6,000 possible fathers, mothers or siblings rest on our soil. God bless America, their troops, our troops and all of our allied servicemen - serving, veteran, or KIA. Lest we forget.
