Decided to get a physical for my 40th birthday...labs came back great! There will be no Lipitor, high blood pressure, diabetes or any of that for me as I head through the next decade. All my life Ive worried about weight but as I get older it becomes more about wanting to age in a way that affords me a lot of life in my 60s and 70s.
