Decided to make Spaghetti Sauce with this harvest, half of the tomatoes I put thru the tomato press and the other half I deseeded and sliced into chunks, I diced up some zucchini, onions, and green peppers, added herbs from the herb garden and my secret seasonings. Ended up with 10 quarts. I Shredded 8 cups of Zucchini and bagged and froze it for Kristine to make Zucchini bread with. Sliced and seasoned zucchini and laid it out on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer to individual freeze for future use. It has been a long but fruitful day in the kitchen. As a reward Kristine made Crab Cakes with corn fresh from the garden. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
