Decided to make a page on the Juice Plus product! Heres a little info on the product itself just give me a message if any of you guys are interested! :) So basically theyre shakes you can have in vanilla or chocolate, like a mcdonalds milkshake. But some people add fruit and blend it to make it more like a fruit smoothie! Totally up to you, I just have it without anything in. Basically it has all the nutrients in that you would get from just fruit and veg, its made up of 25 fruits and vegetables crushed into granuals and mixed with milk. so it strips all your fat and fills you up making you not crave anything else. Thats how its sustainable when you come off it - your just filling yourself with fruit and veg. You have 2 shakes a day and one 600 calorie meal aswell as 2 snacks. Dont have to excercise but obviously it would help, but most people do juice plus because you dont actually need to exercise. you see a difference in 1 week.
