Decisions decisions decisions...same size house but no fence and 4 acres or super nice 3/2 brick house with a barn and lean to but sadly just a dry lot or downsizing the house with 28 acres that is horse ready?? Gah!! I want the land but then think, well we be living on the land and not sure about downsizing house size. Love the brick house but not sure if we can talk the man out of a few acres and the other house is great too but not sure if there is any maintenance included with the rent payment.
