Decisions... many times theres a cushion on the choice we make, especially with the things in life that Gods word hasnt given us specific clarity on. The problem comes when we allow the decision process, that is the contemplation of it, to distract us from serving the Lord and serving Him well. Meaning... if it becomes the focal point of our attention, causing us to deliberate in our mind, over and over again, because we want to make the best decision for us or for others, as noble as that may sound, it can still be something that hinders our service to Jesus. Paul addressed this same issue with the men in Corinth... either choice they made would be right, but getting distracted by it was wrong. (1 Corinthians 7:35)
