Declaration of Secession and Citizenship I, Kevin Thomas Kelly, of 295 Tynong North road, Tynong North, Victoria 3813, Australia in the exercise of my rights conferred upon me by laws of the constitution, are hereby absolved of any allegiance to political regimes that violate my fundamental rights, and in exercise of the rights conferred upon me by International Law, freely determine my political status I DO HEREBY DECLARE THAT: 1. I being a British subject hereby declare myself to be a citizen of the State of Geelung, a political subdivision of the Principality of Wadawaurrung, I am hereby absolved of any allegiance to the political regimes that have committed acts of war against the sovereign of the realm, and having suspended the laws of the constitution, and abdicated government have usurped Jurisdiction over the people of Australia, as foreign powers imposing foreign law. 2.
