Decomposed body of a kidnapped girl recovered at Bhadarwah BHADERWAH,JULY13- A minor thought to have been abducted from a house has been found dead at Nalthi village in a nallah at Bhaderwah police said as Bhaderwah police recovered the decomposed body of a kidnapped girl from Nalthi nallah about 5 Km away from main Bhaderwah town .SHO Bhadarwah Sanjay Manhas told that On 04/06/2013, Rakesh Kumar Bhagat resident of Nalthi village of Bhaderwah lodged a complaint in police station Bhaderwah in which he alleged that one person namely Tirath Singh Bhagat, 29, of the same village allegedly kidnapped .her 09 years old daughter Kajal Devi who is the student of 5th class .Bhaderwah police registered a case FIR No 98/13 under section 363 RPC in this regard and started the investigation. Bhaderwah Police led by ASP Roop Raj Bhaghat and SDPO Jameel Ahmed constituted two special teams and conducted raids at number of places at Gandoh, Bani, Basoli and Police today received an information from the sources that a dead body is lying in a Nallah at Nalthi near a cave and police reached the spot and recovered dead body of the kidnapped minor girl from the spot but accused is still at large . Police recovered one empty cane of beer,her clothes,shoes and a beedi bundle from the cave. The body was sent for postmortem and was later handed over to her next of kin after completion of all legal formalities.Police have revealed no further details of the suspect but said inquiries are ongoing to trace him. Police sources also said in the condition of anonymity that it is also expected that kidnapper had also done rape with the deceased .It is notable to mention here that crime incidents has increased at Bhaderwah from the last so many months and it is second murder in two last days and people at Bhaderwah are living in fear due to inefficiency of the police to control crime .
