Z : I work as a ZM in a Bank. P : What is the problem ? Z : My branches staff doesnt work. They only make excuses for unfulfilled targets. I have to hear my bosses. P : Who handles customers in branches? Z : My branches staff P : At what time does your staff open the branch? Z : at around 9 to 10 am. P : At what time do they leave? Z : No particular time. P : Who looks after TAXATION, service tax, recovery, court matters, other things of branch? Z : My branch staff P : How many leaves they get? Z : Minimum possible. P : How many leaves of them go waste/lapse? Z. Maximum possible. P. Who brings new business and retains old? Z. My branch staff. P. Who hears to customers woes and nakhra..s Z. My branch staff What do you think branch staff works or not, from the story above??? The daily routines of your branch staff commence from early morning to late night. That is called DOESNT WORK??!! 🌟Yes, Being branch staff does not need declaration for each job done, even High Position, but their ROLE/PART is very important! Appreciate 👏your branch staff Because their sacrifices are uncountable. This should be a reminder and reflection for all of us to understand and appreciate each others roles.
