Deep Ecology: over the years, the relation between the humankind and the ecological systema has degradated...Arne Naess (1977) and Edward Goldsmith, with their publications on the concept of Deep ecology have remarked how it is importat to recover a right relationship with the environment. The important think is to not exploit the term ecology for political gains (shallow ecology) but to use it in a deeper way, in a way that can really solve some of the worst problems we are facing (climate change and the extintion crisis - the mother of all crisis in the world of Douglas Tompkins).
