Deep thoughts: How can Christians, who are believe that the rapture will happen in their lifetimes, possibly care about conservation of ANYTHING? It explained a lot, by the way, once I realized this. Why SHOULD they feign concern?..... The futures climate, the depletion of finite resources, debt left to our children, the toll these wars are taking on America in every way, and their constant retardation of the sciences; just to name a few. It is wholly immoral. If they can claim that every bundle of cells is a real baby with rights, why is there no concern for the babys of the future that will surly exist and have certain rights owed them. And dont they deserve that we protect their environment too?....The consequences could be dire. Just as sure as this fate would be bad for us, why not protect them too just as avidly? I just dont get it.I mean...how could they? How dare they? Dont even come at me with that pro-life stuff unless you have a save the wales bumper sticker and are anti-war, and are actually an atheist who drives a solar smart car. I cant even fathom the crimes a person could be capable of committing if they were sure there was no future....but to think such a thing is insane.
