Deepest sympathy to the Sanders family. Joan was a trailblazer for women in the business world. Locally and around the state she was a leader of the BPW (Business & Professional Women) and mentored many of us in that role and nudged us to be involved. She spoke up and stepped out and you knew where she stood. She loved her family and gardening and decorating for all holidays. And was passionate about her loves. She will be missed.
