Defamation-also called calumny,vilification,or traducement- is communication of FALSE statement or statements that harm! To prove Libel, you must prove 1. That the statement was made without adequate research or truthfulness. Statements if opinions are not actionable. So why is it when I get attacked on MY Facebook page about THE TRUTH that I can prove, someone mentions slander and shit like that? Well going through my old law books I found the legal definition of Slander and Defamation. I can prove what I say and back it up so I have not been doing anything slanderous or defaming anyone. So to all the dumb asses who tries to say the slander threat to me: stick this actual definition of the word down your pathetic throats and choke on it! Have a nice day! :)
