Chelsea are seeking a left-back this summer following Ashley Coles exit and boss Jose Mourinho is understood to have identified the Atleti star as his top target. The Blues have reportedly already been in contact with the 28-year-old, according to Spanish newspaper AS, and Filipe Luis is believed to have decided he wants to move to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea are yet to reach an agreement with Atletico Madrid but the player has a 24million euro (£19.5m) release clause in his deal, meaning the Blues will be able to secure their target as long as they match the asking price in his Los Rojiblancos deal.
