Definitely a day of two halves today! Started in the saddest of ways when I attended the funeral of a courageous 20 year old young lady who fought so hard to stay in this world but who sadly lost her battle agains CF and was taken to join her big sister in heaven on the 29th July! The beautiful eulogy her sister Rachel Fowler delivered broke my heart and made me even more determined to seize every day, live it to the full and appreciate what I have in honour of Beth and all others who are bereaved or whos lives have been cut way too short! Thank u for reminding us how precious life is! On that note I took my family for a bike ride at Roath Park this afternoon! Yes it was pouring down but why put it off until tomorrow? its only rain, we didnt melt, had a lovely time and tomorrow we will make another memory! Extra big kisses for my babies tonight and please friends - for yours! RIP Beth, God Bless Davey family! Xxx
