Dehlvi cuisine is the trending spread in the city. Considering no stand alone does complete justice to this intricate cuisine, it s solace to see larger establishments take note of the city s food heritage. Dehlvi is also a cuisine of masters, it is ingrained not taught, and though the Chef we met for this particular meal spent two years researching these dishes, he agrees that it is the recipes that were handed down that made all the difference. And a difference it did make! First impressions wise, the menu was beautifully thought through and balanced. No repeat of flavours, textures or colour tones and an even distribution of exotic spices tucked into each prep to make it something truly special.
