Delaware North corporation, current operator of Yosemite hotels such as the Ahwahnee (1927) notices the National Park Service that it will demand $51 Million for trademark/naming rights it claims in purchased in 1993 - consider the legal precedent this would create if they prevailed. This is apparently part of how they negotiate renewing their contract and there fore preventing a competition from taking over. Bridal Veil Hotel anyone? What do you think of this legal move?
