Delayed update of my workout last Friday, Sept. 20 Workout: Ran outside Good morning from Magellan Island! Before my barefoot flight departure from Gensan last Friday, I had a morning morning run for 30 minutes around Camella Homes. I started at 4:30am then ended my workout at 5am. Since I started flying barefoot, I learned a lot along the way and observed that it is comfortable and good for blood circulation. Sitting for 2 hours while waiting and flying put stress on our body and feet. Without shoes, we can wiggle our toes while sitting and feel the surface. Along the way, I met Team Matutum Runners Edz at GSC airport who is flying for Palawan and Jong at Manila Airport while on bus transfer from airplane to arrival area.
